SBS HEART HEALTHY Food Granules is a food-grade, light tan granule in an essentially oil-free form, to which calcium phosphate tribasic has been added to promote flowability. The coated granules are light tan and have a pleasant bland flavor and aroma. They mix well in most recipes and generally improve their taste and texture without changing the taste.
The granules themselves represent a highly concentrated form of phospholipids (97% A.I. min.) in ratios that occur naturally in soybeans.The potent phospholipids isolated from only a tiny fraction (.3%) of the soybean. They provide the most significant
percentage of dietary phospholipids available in a plant. It requires 1000 pounds of soybeans to obtain the highly concentrated phospholipids contained in only 3 pounds of granules.
